Next.js Overview Dashboard: Monitor Performance Beyond Errors

Apr 14, 2026

Building with Next.js and using Sentry? Our team put together a dedicated Next.js Overview Dashboard that gives you a full picture of your application's health, not just errors.

Out of the box, the dashboard covers page loads, API latency, issue counts, performance scores, rage and dead clicks, and slow SSR. Since Next.js runs on both client and server, you get a breakdown of client transactions, server transactions, and your SSR file tree all in one place.

To find it, head to Dashboards, then Sentry Built, and search for "Next." It's available on all plans and doesn't count toward your dashboard quota.

From there you can filter by project, environment, and release to zero in on what matters. Want to go further? Duplicate the dashboard and add your own widgets, like database operations or anything else specific to your app. You can also set up monitors with issue detection thresholds (or let Sentry handle anomaly detection automatically) and route alerts to Slack or email.

Just kidding, we won't text you. But we will help you catch performance issues before your users do.

Check out the Next.js Overview Dashboard in your Sentry org and let us know what you think!
