- Millersoft is a Scottish software company who have used VictoriaMetrics and Perses to create a Contact Centre Multichannel Dashboard called ACDC. The product is designed to service thousands of end clients typically found in the largest contact centres. It is being sold through a reseller network in North America. The director of Millersoft, Calum Miller, will discuss some of the technical challenges in building ACDC and cover how using a modern metrics stack helped resolve them.
