The Summer 2019 release introduced: OpsQ Observed Mode, Learning-Based Auto-Alert Suppression and many more updates to the OpsRamp Platform. This week all OpsRamp customers are being updated to our August 2019 release. Customers and partners should review all the details in our release notes. Here’s a high-level summary of what’s new this month: Observed Mode is now available for Alert Escalation and First Response policies.

In July 2019, OpsRamp launched the new Partner Program to help reseller, service provider, and system integration partners build expertise around multi-cloud infrastructure monitoring and modern incident management. Research firm IDC predicts that overall data volumes will grow from 33 zettabytes in 2018 to 175 zettabytes by 2025. 50% of the data will come from IoT devices and nearly 30% of the data will get consumed in real-time by 2025. The data economy has changed the game on how enterprises will need to work with digital technologies to become more effective, competitive, and innovative.

June 2019 saw the launch of The OpsRamp Cost Savings Calculator, a simple and powerful tool which helps IT experts quantify how much they can save with OpsRamp's service-centric AIOps platform. Our field marketing team had a blitz with two major events - HPE Discover and CloudExpo Santa Clara where we showcased our AIOps and hybrid IT monitoring capabilities. June also saw our resident experts making several contributions across different media outlets and events.
