A few simple steps to manage your Alloy Software cloud upgrades with CloudRoll:
- Make sure Alloy Support Team is added to your safe senders list.
- Check the upgrade date and time in your notification email.
- If the schedule works for you, no action is needed! 👍
- Need to reschedule? Click the “Change the upgrade schedule” link in the email.
- Choose another date if needed and select an available time slot
You’ll receive a reminder the day before your upgrade and a confirmation email once it’s complete
