October 2019 Update: Improved usability and new emergency alarm triggering in the app

The October update of the mobile app includes the improvements described below and the user experience includes a new feature. The user interface of the app has been improved so that you can now decide for yourself if you want to see all Signls on the dashboard differentiated by categories. Using the “More” button on the dashboard’s Signl widget, you can now open a context menu and show or hide the display of the categories.

September 2019 Update: Improved assigning of categories

Our September update improves the assignment of categories to Signl alerts, hence the enrichment and routing of alerts to the right people. Until now, a ‘Services & Systems’ category was assigned to a Signl alert, if at least one of the entered keywords was found in the event content or text delivered to SIGNL4 by email or webhook. This basically represents a logical ‘OR’ operator for this keywords search.

August 2019 Update: Mobile Alert Dashboard and PSD2 Support

Our August update makes SIGNL4 fit for the new “Payment Services Directive 2”. In addition, we have added extended the mobile alert dashboard and added new metrics. The enhanced dashboard of the SIGNL4 mobile app now shows alert counters per ‘services & systems’ category. Here come the details….

July 2019 Update: Alert Opt-In and Out, Apps Section and Getting Started

July 2019 Update introduces the option to opt-out for certain categories as well as some enhancements in the Web portal. You can now opt-in/out of certain categories under Settings -> Services & Systems. This works on a per-user basis and is useful when you do not want to receive certain alerts but your team members still need to get them. Another scenario is to listen in, meaning you see what is going on but all notifications can be muted.

May 2019 Update: Response Metrics, Multi-Alert Actions and Web Signup

The May 2019 Update introduces web sign-up and some great, long-awaited mobile app enhancements! We have added the capability to confirm and resolve multiple alert signls at once. Simply tap the new 3-dot-button on the top right and select “Confirm all” / “Resolve all”. Please keep in mind that these are asynchronous operations which may take some time to complete.
