Reimagining customer experience: An employee story

ServiceNow Founder Fred Luddy once said, “If you have happy customers, the whole world takes care of itself.” It’s a sentiment ServiceNow believes to this very day, and it’s why we introduced ServiceNow Impact™—an industry-leading value acceleration solution that reimagines the customer experience.

New world of work: The great re-evaluation

The “Great Resignation” put employees in the driver’s seat. A new ServiceNow-commissioned survey suggests that Canadian workers are re-evaluating their workplace priorities. This has led to a shift in what Canadian workers demand from potential workplaces, forcing employers to reconsider their overall experience offerings. Canadian office workers now expect something more fulfilling and meaningful than a paycheck.

4 trends shaping the future of federal government work

At ServiceNow's annual Federal Forum in March 2022, more than 1,400 government leaders and contractors convened for the first time since the start of the pandemic. We recently surpassed the two-year mark of a rapid shift to remote work, and federal leaders reflected on the widespread modernization that took place during this period. Although the number of federal employees returning to offices continues to rise, according to Axios, the world of work has changed dramatically.

Now Platform San Diego release stays true to our innovative roots

I fell in love with San Diego on my first visit in 1996. I could imagine calling it home. A laid-back lifestyle, an amazingly diverse community, sea breezes—what else could a systems engineer from gray England want? Back then, San Diego wasn’t exactly a hub of innovative technology. So, when Fred Luddy founded ServiceNow in San Diego, he forged a new path. In fact, he was ahead of his time in many ways.

Project management for non-project managers

When the pandemic hit, the pressure to adapt ServiceNow training offerings grew exponentially. An increasing number of customers from the Americas, Europe, India, and Australia wanted more virtual classes, more flexibility in scheduling, and more customization. Answering basic project planning questions in a timely manner became more difficult for the ServiceNow custom training and adoption team. With the rising demand, our team resources—spread across the globe—had to scale.

4 ways automation can improve your security posture
