The Teams Health Dashboard provides users with a holistic view of Microsoft Teams availability and performance. When an issue occurs, users can quickly review the Teams Health Dashboard and identify whether the issue is limited to an office or affecting Microsoft Teams as a whole.

If an issue is limited to a user or group of users, the Service Watch Desktop metrics are also available in this dashboard. This allows engineers to quickly compare the Microsoft Teams client performance to others and provides a quick way to pull up the affected device and begin diagnosing.
