We added support for Output Schema in StackStorm 2.9. This feature has been “under the radar” for a while. Time to shed a little light, explain what it is, how to use it, and why we added this feature. Read on!

Today Google announced Anthos, a new cloud service with the ability to manage Kubernetes clusters across multiple cloud providers, including AWS and Azure. This is super exciting news for Rancher. In Google Anthos, we see great alignment with Rancher’s vision. We believe Kubernetes will become the standardized infrastructure provided by all public and private clouds, and an enterprise Kubernetes platform must deliver multi-cluster, multi-cloud management.

I’ve just finished getting through security at O’Hare—what an adventure! There were crowds at the check-in, a long security line (luckily I had TSA pre-check), and what seemed like 500 gates I had to pass to get to my gate at the far end of the terminal. During our deployments we come across all kinds of different organizational infrastructures. Importing users from the Active Directory is a key component to populating user information into Enterprise Alert. Enterprise Alert will only import users that are contained in security groups. However, we often see companies having users placed in distribution lists. Enterprise Alert will not import distribution lists.
