SpaceX’s Starlink uses satellites in low-earth orbit to provide high-speed Internet services to most of the planet. During the beta, Starlink expects users to see data speeds vary from 50Mb/s to 150Mb/s and latency from 20ms to 40ms. It’s also expected that there will be brief periods of no connectivity at all.

The rise of cloud native and containerization, along with the automation of the CI/CD pipeline, introduced fundamental changes to existing application development, deployment, and security paradigms.
